Shipping & Returns Policy
- Global Shipping: We deliver to Europe and the USA via express carriers.
- Customs & Duties: All orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means the Buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs.
- Hygiene Rule: Under international health regulations, cosmetic products cannot be returned once the protective seal or packaging is opened.
- Return Costs: If a return is eligible, the international shipping costs and any re-import taxes into Türkiye will be deducted from the refund amount.
