Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
How to start a return
Write to [email protected] or call 0552 579 92 07 with your order number. We reply with a return code and the shipping details you need. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not required — a clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough.
Return shipping is free
Returns are free of charge when you send the parcel through our contracted carrier, Yurtiçi Kargo, using the return code we give you. If you prefer a different carrier, that shipping cost is yours.
Condition of the goods
Please return items complete, with their original packaging, accessories and any documents. You are welcome to examine and try a product as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for a loss in value caused by handling that goes beyond establishing the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Your refund
Once the returned parcel reaches us we check it and refund you within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used for the order. No fee is charged for the refund. Depending on your bank, the amount may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would rather exchange an item than be refunded, say so when you contact us and we will arrange it.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases we cover every shipping cost and, as you prefer, send a replacement or refund you in full. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by this policy.
Which products can be returned
All products sold on this site can be returned under the terms above. There are no excluded product groups.
